- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with Carolyn O'Brien was the worst experience I have ever had with any dermatologist. She did not listen to my goals for the visit, and she invalidated the way I was feeling. The worst part of the experience was when she took her unwashed, unclipped thumbnail and used it to scratch at an acne lesion on my face; this was such a disappointment, because one reason I had gone to a dermatologist was for extractions that wouldn't leave scars. Now, there is a large, inflamed cyst on my cheeck where she scratched me. I will never make an appointment with Carolyn O'Brien again.April 08, 2017by Kaija Nitz
