  They are so very good with kids. My daughter loves to come to dentist now! So pleased , they go out of their way to make kids feel comfortable and happy

  If you don't mind waiting 40 minutes from your scheduled appointment then this is a good place for you. As a mom of 5 kids, I work hard to make it to my early morning appointments on time. I think staff should at least give courtesy when you check in and let you know how far behind they are. This was my 3rd appointment with them and all three times were very long waits. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me with my busy schedule.

  It was decided my young child needed an extraction done, and as I'm asking the doctor questions, she says, "I sense some animosity towards me". I have to explain to her that she's probably sensing that I'm upset and nervous because my first born is about to have a procedure done and the urgency of the whole ordeal made me uncomfortable, which any parent would feel this. She then said, "you and I need to work together to do what's best for him!" As if I, the mother, don't want to do the very best thing for my child. So, we come to terms, and she looks as her assistant, who was wonderful BTW, and says take her to the front to squeeze him into the schedule, and pushes her office chair back, doesn't look at me and speeds off, and to whomever is reading this... after a dispute you have to make eye contact with the person to let them know we are on the same page, she just whipped her head away as if she was using her body language to say, that's what I thought. Well, I couldn't let me son be squeezed in for a major dental surgery for her to rush through if she has 10-15 minutes. She said if I have ten-15 minutes, I'll squeeze him in. Excuse me? How about find the time and reschedule someone who has a cleaning? Make sure you have enough time, or call in another doctor! I would never rush a major procedure and would gladly give up a regular routine checkup to ensure another child could be seen for a medical emergency. Of course, I am taking him to a place that is highly reputable. That place is packed with kids, most of the chairs are sticky, the floor is below par in cleanliness. The front desk was nice until I decided to go someplace else. She gave me an attitude. No customer service and makes me uncomfortable that a doctor can take a parent's concerning questions and twist it into a personal dilemma as if I had a vendetta against her, then act like she is doing me a favor by squeezing him in. He will be seen at any pediatric dentist due to the urgency, and then I read the reviews, they are not exagerrating. I would give zero stars if I could.
