  River Road Animal Hospital has been providing excellent care for my family for at least four years. Their front desk staff is consistently friendly and attentive to my dog's needs, and their veterinarians and vet techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. I have found their rates to be very reasonable, they have always provided me with confirmation calls and clear communication regarding my family's needs, and services are provided in an expedient manner without making patients feel rushed. I will continue to bring my animals here as long as I live in the area, and I will continue to recommend that others do the same. I'm grateful to have their number in my phone.

  Really great vet office, their hours make it easy to work into your schedule. Very knowledgeable and compassionate vets and techs. I highly recommend River Road Animal Hospital.

  I brought my cat in to be looked at when a rotten tooth came out. Front desk staff were so rude. The vet I saw was so nice and wonderful but it really is a shame my first impression was due to the lack of customer service I received from the front desk staff. Definitely won't be back. Ended up going to Sumner vet hospital. A bit more expensive but we'll worth it. All staff was friendly and took great care of my cat.
